Letter of Progress from our Founder
Great things are happening at Light House Solutions! 2019 was a year of establishing, connecting, co-creating and straight line thinking to create a competent human service system that all would trust.
We are excited to express that we have expanded our mobile services adding our new home office at the Center for Nonprofits at the JTL shop in Springdale Arkansas. Light House Solutions (LHS) is regarded by customers and the communities throughout Southwest, and Northwest Arkansas, as a trusted source for high-level insight and hands on practical advice. As a developing non-profit in the NWA area, our team has been courageously taking the grassroots approach to drive our campaign “SEE A Need Fill A Need.” into communities, schools, businesses and leaders. The results have been amazing, people from all walks of life living in the NWA area feel a sense of community connectivity, all expressing that their needs and desires were met.

No matter where we are place to work, for 8 yrs. (LHS) has firmly stood behind the true authenticity of Diversity and Inclusion which has allowed us to produce positive outcomes and trusting/ lasting relationships. We will continue to spread our empathy, love & services throughout Washington, Benton County and the rural areas of NWA. 2020 we will lead the charge to SPARK people and empower our youth to become INSPIRING MOTIVATORS! Youth Enrichment
2019 The Pre-K Program in Fayetteville, Arkansas implemented LHS "XTreme Achievers" P.E program in 3 schools Happy Hallow Elementary, Butterfield and Leverett Elementary to prepare and transition students confidently to Kindergarten.

Light House Solutions created a collaborative partnership with My-T-By-Design Therapeutic Art Studios we have encouraged 1200 children, teens, families and individuals to say what they Love about themselves through using Expressive Art in NWA

Teen Workforce Dev.
In 2019
LHS partners with Benton County Juvenile Probation office & Washington County Juvenile Detention Center teaching teens from the age 13-18 Talent Mapping Through the Arts Class teaching literacy, uncovering hidden talents and skills. 150 students were able to write and present a 30 sec elevator pitch.
