Career Readiness Program engaging students ages 14- 17 with an intense job readiness program for the 18 - 24 year population. Each participant will be taught in the areas of life skills, career exploration, business communication, continuing education and social engagement. Our style of teaching is a perfect fit for all types of teen programming, we work with high school drop-outs, young adult mentoring, drug and alcohol, at  risk youth, Juvenile Detention Centers, Office of Juvenile Probation, Job Corps, High School Job Readiness programs and many more. Dream Big Teen Workforce Development  provides an opportunity for our youth that exposes them to professional environments which promotes personal achievement, social aspiration and creativity, as well as, allowing each of the participants to dream bigger!
